meaningful artwork

We've lived in our new house for over 18 months now and I still feel like we're unpacking.  Lately I find myself browsing endlessly on lifestyle and interior decorating blogs and I get so much inspiration.  Hanging artwork has definitely been a loooooong process as I'm hesitant to put up items that don't make sense.  I bought quite a few pieces from Made By Girl but one print is still in the shipping tube and a few others are in their frames but haven't been hung.  What can I say, I'm a perfectionist and I want them in just the perfect place.  I also don't want art that everyone else has, so I think the perfect place to look for such art is Etsy!  Below are a few that I'm considering.  What do you think?

I am in love with Jennifer Latimer's work... the colors are whimsical and very ME.  Most likely I will end up with all three... stay tuned.

Running out the door...

So here I am, after a very busy few weeks.  I feel like I'm running back and forth between, shall we make it sound fancier -- events?  And then there's the matter of pinterest, which is more addicting than facebook!  I'm pinning away when I look at the time and practically launch off my chair!  It's time to run out the door to my other event... in this case -- hot yoga class!  While part of me wants to sit idly and peruse through the wonderful boards my fellow pinners have created, I know it's infinitely better for my mind and body to stretch out my kinks and sweat my pores out for 60 minutes.  So... I'm hitting the pause button and I promise I'll be back very soon :)

Meanwhile feel free to follow me on pinterest via http://pinterest.com/ellieshops/
